Chinese Cuisine Cookery-Meat diet (C-Level)
Level C Technician for Chinese Cuisine Cookery-Meat diet is a designation and honor for those who meet all of these requirements:
(1) At least 15 years old or older or has junior high school degree.
(2) Complete one of our approved certification training courses (Food Sanitation Lectures) at least 8 hours.
